Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s Frozen Meals Recalled Due to Wood-Like Material

As of March 17, Nestlé USA announced a voluntary recall of specific Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s frozen meals, which may contain a wood-like substance. One person reported choking on this foreign material. These products were distributed across major retailers nationwide from September 2024 to March 2025.

Nearly 200,000 Cans of Green Beans Recalled for Possible Contamination

Del Monte Foods initiated a voluntary recall on February 12 for more than 197,000 cans of cut green beans because they might be tainted with an unidentified foreign object. The FDA reclassified this event as Class II on March 13, suggesting a low risk of serious health issues but potential risks remain.

Although there are no instructions on refunds, the FDA generally advises disposing of the item or returning it for a refund.

Sparkling Water Pulled From Trader Joe’s Due to Hazardous Packaging

On March 12, Trader Joe’s recalled certain Gerolsteiner Sparkling Natural Mineral Water bottles due to possible cracked or damaged bottles, posing a risk of glass contamination. Around 61,500 bottles are affected by this recall.
